Refund policy

A fair policy for digital protocol products.

HerbStack full protocols are digital products. The final refund policy should be visible before payment and kept simple.

Before payment is enabled

Paid access is not live yet. This page records the intended policy direction before public paid traffic begins.

Delivery problems

If payment is completed but the protocol fails to generate or cannot be accessed, Healing Herbs should first attempt redelivery or manual fulfilment. If that cannot be resolved, a refund should be available.

Digital access

Because digital guides can be accessed immediately, refunds for completed and delivered protocols may be limited except where required by law, caused by duplicate payment, or caused by a delivery/system failure.

Duplicate payments

Duplicate charges for the same protocol request should be reviewed and refunded where confirmed.

Future subscriptions

If HerbStack becomes a monthly app, subscription cancellation and renewal terms should be handled separately from one-time protocol guide purchases.
